Every June, Finish Strong Zambia hosts Freedom Camp, a summer camp for orphaned and vulnerable children in Lusaka, Zambia.

And there is something incredibly special about how these children get there:

For every person who says “YES!” to going to Zambia, 10 children are given a golden ticket  to attend Freedom Camp.

This year, I said YES.

And these are my 10 girls who got to come to camp because I did. ❤️

I went to Zambia thinking I was going to serve these children.

Instead, God changed me through them.

What happened at Freedom Camp was far more than I could have imagined. I watched these girls experience joy, friendship, encouragement, and the truth that they are deeply loved and seen.

And somewhere along the way, they became my girls.

I came home knowing that God wasn't finished with what He had started.

I believe He called me to go back—not simply because I had an amazing experience, but because He gave me a love for these girls that I can't walk away from.

So when I began praying about whether I should return in 2027, the answer became very clear:

YES. I'm going back.

I'm going back because my girls need to know that I haven't forgotten them.

I'm going back because I want to continue investing in their lives.

And I'm going back because I believe God has invited me to be part of something much bigger than myself.

But there's something you can do to help.
